LEADERSHIP

Elder Darlene Davis, our champion of leadership development, plays a vital role in training our leaders on community involvement, administrative excellence, and organizational skills. As our communications liaison, she ensures that our mission and values are effectively conveyed both within the church and to the broader community. Elder Davis is mature in her faith and has a deep understanding of God's word. Her dedication to nurturing strong capable leaders, is instrumental in the continued growth and impact of our ministry. 

Elder Erica and Deacon Lee serve as the champions of Christian youth education and enrichment at Kingdom Impact Tabernacle. They are dedicated to nurturing the next generation by hosting devotions, guiding high schoolers through scholarship writing for continued education, and providing spirit-life coaching to help them live in accordance with 1 Thessalonians 5:14-22. Their commitment to empowering youth through faith and education is a vital part of our ministry's mission.

Minister Solomon and Deacon Tara Jerideau, our champions of young adults ages 25–40, play a vital role in guiding individuals through the diverse seasons of life with faith, love, and compassion. Their dedication to nurturing spiritual growth and offering support during pivotal life transitions helps young adults navigate challenges and celebrate milestones with a strong foundation in Christ. Through their leadership, they inspire others to live out their faith authentically and compassionately.  

We are honored to serve alongside Deacon Chairman Donald Cade II, the champion of our deacon ministry here at Kingdom Impact Tabernacle. Under his faithful leadership, our deacons meet the practical needs of the church—caring for the poor, visiting the sick, and supporting widows with compassion and consistency. Known for his integrity, respect, and unwavering commitment, Deacon Cade sets a powerful example of what it means to serve with excellence in the body of Christ.

Complementing our leadership team is Sarah Simpson, our champion of hospitality, whose warm and welcoming spirit ensures that every individual feels at home within our ministry. Her dedication to creating a nurturing environment reflects our commitment to making Kingdom Impact Tabernacle a place of love, care, and connection for all.

Supporting our mission to nurture young hearts, Formeka Thompson serves as the champion of elementary Christian education at Kingdom Impact Tabernacle. With a dedication to instilling strong Christian values in our youngest members, she creates engaging and impactful learning experiences that lay a solid foundation for their spiritual journey. Formeka's passion for education and her commitment to fostering a love for Christ in children make her an invaluable asset to our ministry team.

We take great pleasure in serving with Deacon Reonard Childress, our Champion of Security and Safety at Kingdom Impact Tabernacle. Reonard serves faithfully by safeguarding our congregation; showing his commitment to both the physical and spiritual well-being of our church family. His dedication to creating a secure and welcoming environment is matched only by his deep faith and service to God’s mission.
